He started  the AKAL ACADEMY at Baru Sahib in 1986 with 5 candidates, which has now developed to a dreadful strength of approximately 1500 candidates and 200 of them hail from 16 external countries – with 100 candidates from USA alone. It is a 10+2 Residentiary School. Akal Academy at Baru Sahib also has 128 sister Akal Academies increase over five States. All these academies are connected to the Central Board of Secondary Education. The total number of candidates in these Akal Academies are now everywhere 60,000 and 40% of these candidate are girls. Normally 20% of the total candidate body is examine totally free of cost. These candidates are either foundling or under-privileged rural families and belonging to poor.
