Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University was settled by an move (No. 25 of 2004) of body authorized by the Chhattisgarh Case Govt. Assembly vide notice no. 639/21-A/Praroopan/04 dt 21-01-2005 to assimilate a University and Technology for the ambition of assuring efficient, systematic and quality education in manufacturing and mechanical syllabus counting Architecture and Pharmacy at Analysis, Masters, Degree and Diploma matched. To incorporate a University and Technology for the purpose of quality education in engineering and technological subjects including Architecture and Pharmacy at Degree, Post graduate, Research and Diploma level. To fulfill its commitment to the service of state and nation university is striving hard to emerge as one of the nations prominent Universities since its inception in the year 2005. By the Hon’ble Prime-Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh university was inaugurated on 30th April 2005. During past 5 years several academic courses, seminars, workshops and conferences have been conducted by the University with this approach. For the benefit of the society University started identifying the frontier area of research and development and outreach courses without waiting for full fledged infrastructure development.
