Mohammad Hasan Post Graduate College is one of the pioneer institution of eastern U.P. It is situated at Jaunpur, which is formanly known as Shiraz-a-Hind. The college is continuing it's past glory. It is established at 1994 by Anjuman Islamia Jaunpur, under VBS Purvanchal University with four faculties viz. Arts, Science, Commerce and B.Ed. There are 29 branches of studies including some P.G. such as Chemistry, English, History, Education, Sociology, Home Science etc.And the college also planning for law and technical studies. It is known not only for academic purpose but also sports activities and discipline. Some students are also selected at the national level and some student are selected at the state and national level competition.
