With the motto and keen interest of providing education and training to a large number of intending students in and around our locality when the Governing body of our renowned society extremely felt the necessity of establishing a new P.T.T.I. for conducting D. Ed. Course for 2 years duration, I , Abul Hossain Biswas, Secretary of Chapra Rural Educational and Welfare Society, undertake and accept the proposal and come forward to establish a P.T.T.I. in the name and style of Chapra Primary Teachers’ Training Institute at Vill- Gokhurapota, P.O. - Charatala, ,P.S. – Chapra , Dist – Nadia, Pin – 741123, (W.B.). As there is no P.T.T.I. within the radius of hundred km. (100km.), this P.T.T.I. will meet up the demand of the intending and disprivileged students of the vast area of mainly Nadia and Murshidabad Districts. In fact in keeping with the tradition of Bengal’s love and respect for education and being inspired by Swami Vivekananda, Vidya Sagar, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Thakur Ram Krishna we wished to setup an out standing educational training institute like Chapra P.T.T.I. equipped with airy, lighty, and spacious infrastructure, adequate instructional facilities , sufficient number of library books, required number of furniture and teaching learning materials along with all other facilities like waterline , sanitation, electrification and after all qualitative teaching staff and skilled Technical Support Staff & Administrative Staff etc.
