The institute was established in the year 1994 with full extensive support of Late Shri Kaushal Kumar Ji, I.A.S., Late Sh. Kuldeep Singh Gujral and Late Sh.R.D.Singhal. Our past chief patron Late Shri Kaushal Kumar held various important post in the government sector and was retired from his services from Central Administrative Tribunal. Our founder Chairman Late Sh. Kuldeep Singh Gujral was an active politician and held various important posts in Delhi Municipal Corporation for more than two decades. Our founder President Late Sh. R.D.Singhal was a visionary, who gave a vision for such an institution in the rural area for providing education and medical care.
A path shown by our Founder Chief Patron Late Shri Kaushal Kumar Ji left who left for heavenly abode in 2013,All along the years of journey treaded by him with IPMT, we’ve had the privileges of guidance and wisdoms of late Shri Kaushal Kumar-Ji; we have learnt/blessed with the distinctive values of his simplicity, ideologies, friendship, kindness and thoughtfulness. We at IPMT will certainly always miss him and also the happy times shared with him. The memories of late Shri Kaushal Kumar- Ji are / will remain deep within our hearts.
We not only wish but also continuously endeavour that the path & principles laid down by him especially for IPMT will be continuously followed by us providing IPMT with the spirit of workmanship and dedication towards the enhancement/accentuation of Para medical education and providing medical help to the needy & poor.
