This premier and historic institution was established here in Patiala in 1958. It has been rendering the services of training and education for pupil teachers of Physical Education for over 50 years. While preparing a broad base of the teachers the training in teaching methodology, skills and educational administration through intensive practice of teaching and internship are rigorously given. The faculty of the college ( teaching and non- teaching) put forth their efforts for the progress of the institution for which they need appreciation. We work hard to provide a supportive, positive learning environment in the college so that all students can realize their full potential in their time with us. I am very proud of the exceptional body of teaching staff we have working across the college,engaging the students in a wide range of exciting learning opportunities. All students are an intricate combination of both strengths and areas for improvement. Our modest size enables us to know each of our students well and build excellent working relationship with them. We seek to instil in our students a passion for learning that will bring the knowledge and understanding they will need to make a positive contribution to the communities in which they live and work.
