Bankey Bihari Kanya P. G. Mahavidyalaya is an institution of higher education for girls.

BBKM is situated at the Bareilly-Agra state highway on 7th km stone as one drives from Badaun city towards Ujhani, a development block headquarters. Ujhani is just 2 km from the college.

At present BBKM offers B.A., M.A. and B Ed courses for the girls. While B.A. course is a stepping stone for the life ahead, B Ed course prepares girls for teaching profession.

The college is affiliated to Rohilkhand University and recognised by the National Council for Teachers' Education (NCTE).

Even though Ujhani is a remote area, it boasts of a degree college for girls since long. But this degree college does not have course for running teachers' education programme. Somewhere down the line, the local populace felt the need of an educational institution providing such a course. BBKM fulfils a long-felt need of higher education of the local populace.
