ICFAI (Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India), IBS (Indian Business School), Nagpur, established in 2008, has made progress, by offering quality management education to the aspiring managers. The first batch will be graduating in 2010. Land acquisition has been completed for campus project. Construction work is expected to be taken up during 2009-10, subject to obtaining the required approvals. It provides Air-conditioned classrooms, well equipped with audio-visual teaching aids. The campus is well equipped, with academic blocks, computer labs, a library with a comprehensive collection of books and access to online databases. IBS offers two-year, full-time Postgraduate Program in Management (PGPM) to prepare the students and equip them for successful corporate careers. As IBS campuses do not award degree or diploma, they have not sought AICTE approval. Students are encouraged to enrol for a fleximode / distance learning MBA from any University separately. IBSAT is for 2 hours duration and is aimed to test the applicant’s ability in quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning and reading comprehension.
