IMM journey since the year 1969 is a living example of how perseverance and hard work leads to great success stories. Seeded by Late Dr. Jagjit Singh, a Fulbright Scholar with a Ph.D. in Business Organization & Management from University of Nebraska, USA, IMM was set up to support the industry by developing and nurturing the Marketing and Management Skills of the future Managers.

Completing its 44th year on the 14th August’2013, Institute of Marketing & Management today is one of the premier management educational institutions in India, recognized by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India with many firsts to its credits! As a National Marketing Organization, it was affiliated to the Asia Pacific Marketing Federation (APMF) and the World Marketing Association (WMA). IMM has been a pioneer in implementing many new ideas and innovations for the last three decades, such as, organizing Top Management Club, Global Development Centre, Awards of Excellence, Management Development Programmes, Research Projects etc. One of the global events that IMM hosts annually is the World Marketing Congress (WMC). IMM has been conducting World Marketing Congress (WMC) for the last 39 years as a part of its commitment to contribute to the scientific and marketing revolution in the country through conferences and research work on socio economic issues.
