Urivi Vikram Charitable Trust (UVCT), a non-legislative and non-benefit Organization, was set up in India in 1991. It was established by Dr U.N.B.Rao and his better half, Urivi Chaya, with the help of 60 different experts and good-natured residents, in affectionate memory of their solitary child Urivi Vikram who was slaughtered, at a prime age of 20/21 years, in a street mishap.
