Dr. George Jacob Vice-Chancellor of Ranchi University felt the need of blending both the Colleges. Because of the persistent endeavors made by the V.C., the unified type of these two Colleges appeared and another name was given "Janta Shivratri College". Sri Paras Nath Sinha was made the essential os the College. Afterward, Sri Muneshwar Singh was sent by UGC as the new head of the College. Popular artistic individual, social dissident and industrialist Mr. Jyoti Prakash gave Lohardaga Bhawan Situated at Redma for running the College and from his commitment made accessible the courses of Graduation in Arts and Commerce.
