The Center for Heritage, Environment and Development (c-hed) is an organization working as the innovative work wing of the Kochi Municipal Corporation, in the fields of Urban Development and Governance, Environment, Tourism, Culture and Heritage. Endorsed by the Government of Kerala and set up in the year 2002 by the city organization, c-hed has been a necessary piece of the arranging endeavors and improvement goals of the Kochi Municipal Corporation.
