St. Ann's school was begun as a Junior College in 1976 August second under the administration of St. Ann's Charitable Society in the land given by the Caltex petroleum treatment facility. It was begun with 28 understudies and 9 staff individuals on its move, to give training to the young ladies of Industrial territory and furthermore to the young ladies originating from the remote towns of A.P., M.P., Bihar and different states.

In 1987 Sr.Immaculate was moved to Vijayawada as she was chosen as the Assistant Provincial and SR. TRESA MARY dominated. In 1988 Vocational Course (MPHW) was added to the current three gatherings.
