In the year 1999, Susrut Eye Foundation and Research Center used to serve just 80 to 90 patients in the outpatient division, though in 2006 it in augurated a 9 celebrated structure, adjoining the principal working in Salt Lake, to oblige more patients.The first building was changed over into inpatient office (ward and activity theater).
