Kamineni College of Nursing was built up in the year 2000 in the Campus of Kamineni Hospitals Ltd., L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad and allowed by Govt. to concede the understudies in the Academic year 2001-2002 with an admission of 50 B Sc (N) understudies every year. In the year 2008-2009 M.Sc. (Nursing) program was begun with an admission of 12 understudies and in the year 2010 M.Sc (N) seats were improved to 20 later in the year 2011 seats were upgraded to 30 in all branches by Indian Nursing Council(INC). In the year 2011 Post Basic Diploma courses were authorized in the strengths of Operation Room Nursing, Cardiothoracic Nursing, Oncology Nursing and Critical consideration Nursing with yearly admission of 15 in every claim to fame. 

The school was allowed by INC, New Delhi, AP Nursing Council, Hyderabad and associated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The College has encountered personnel for clearing route for best scholastic and clinical execution of the understudies.
