Set up by the Agricultural Credit Department of Reserve Bank of in the year 1954-55, DNSRICM is one of the20 private Institutes of agreeable Management in India kept running by the National Council of Cooperative Training(NCUI), New delhi and financed by Govt. of India, Ministry of Agriculture, Department of horticulture and Cooperation. In October 1997 the Institute was overhauled as Regional Institute of Cooperative Management in order to make its exercises increasingly wide based. NCCT is a focal office responsible for in general arranging, observing and actualizing preparing programs for the faculty of Cooperative Department and Cooperative Institutions. The fundamental target of the Institute is to create Human Resources in the Cooperative Movement for productive, successful and professionalized agreeable administration. In compatibility of the above targets the Institute takes into account the administration preparing needs of the Department and Institutional work force of Bihar and a couple of States and Union Territories.
