Organization of Applied Physics and Technology) is situated in the Muir College Campus (Science Faculty) of the University of Allahabad
It is more established than any of the IITs.Its establishment stone was laid by Late Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru on April fourteenth 1949 and it was officially initiated by him on April fourth 1956. It was named as J.K. as J.K. Trust contributed for the development of the total structure. It is a pioneer division in the nation today for educating and research in the order of gadgets, correspondence and software engineering.
