SHRI JAGDAMBIKA PAL, Chairman, Surya Group of foundations, was conceived in BASTI DISTRIC of Eastern U.P. He moved on from Lucknow University in 1970, did L.L.B. from Gorakhpur University in 1973 and finished twofold M.A. in History and Political Science in 1980 and 1982 separately from Avadh University. 

A Philanthropist with loaded with eagerness, he joined governmental issues and served his on a few positions. He was chosen as M.L.C. twice, from 1981 to 1993 and MLA thrice from 1993 to 2007 speaking to Basti Vidhan Sabha body electorate. He is at present individual from parliament from Dumariyaganj (sidharth Nagar) body electorate. His different portfolios incorporate State Minister, Cabinet Minister and Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. He filled in as Party President and President-U.P. Olympic Association, Lucknow also.
