His Holiness 'Brahmleen Digvijai Nathji Maharaj, previous Head Priest of worldfame Shree Guru Gorakshnath Temple, Gorakhpur was the originator of the school. He was a pioneer of instructive renaissance in Eastern U.P. It was none other than himself who built up Maha Rana Pratap Shiksha Parishad, Gorakhpur in 1932 to spread the light of learning and mindfulness among the individuals of Eastern U.P. whom he observed to live in absolute destitution, obliviousness and backwardness of various sorts.
