Konkan Gyanpeeth Karjat college of Arts ,Commerce & Science has been functioning within the city space of Karjat Dist. Raigad since 1989. Karjat is found in Kokan space of maharashtra. Before 1989 there have been no facilities for education in Karjat Tashil. Hon'ble Shri P.N.Dharkar, Chairman of Konkan Gyanpeeth and Ex-minister of upper & Technical Education, geographic area State, established a multi school school at Karjat to form up this deficiency.

The Konkan Gyanpeeth Sanstha and Karjat college of Commerce, Arts & Science resolve to impart education to boys and girls during this country. the start of such a task is often fraught with issues and hurdles.
