To spread the light of knowledge of higher education in this field, this college was established by the most revered Ram Snehi Kushwaha ji in 1996-97 with tireless effort and sacrifice. Despite the long-term efforts of Kushwaha ji and allied persons (colleagues) of staying in the region, the inaugural session of this college was held in 2001-2002. 

And by crossing many kinds of political and other obstacles, this college started in June 2002 and got temporary affiliation by the government. Due to delay of some time, the then Vice Chancellor of Shri Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Dr. Sarvagyan Singh Katiyar Ji gave permission to start the session from 1 July 2002-2003.

The establishment of this college brought glory to the entire area including this rural area town. Keeping in mind the higher education of the students of the region, this college is a girls' institution in which not only the area but also girls from rural areas of the border districts (Farrukhabad, Hardoi, Kanpur and Etawah) come for higher education.
