Kulbhaskar Ashram named after the incomparable philanthropist,Munshi Kali Prasad "Kulbhaskar" and was established in little cottage on july 27th,1930 by Late Babu Brij Behari Sahai. The College is arranged in the core of the city and is kept running under the sponsorship of the Kayastha Pathshala Trust,one of the spearheading instructive trusts in the nation. 

Dr.Rajendra Prasad, who later turned into the main President of India Inaugurated a kaccha inn as Kulbhaskar Ashram (1940). 

Perceived as a High School (1944) by the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, U.P., Allahabad. 

Raised to the degree of an Intermediate College in 1950. 

Agra University allowed association to the Ashram (1960) for bestowing instruction at the principal degree level in the Faculty of Agriculture prompting B.Sc. (Ag) degree. The primary structure was finished 

On 17 December,1965 establishment stone for development of an inn named Rajendra Prasad Chhatravas was laid by the then Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri at where Dr.Rajendra Prasad had first visited and remained as a visitor of the Ashram. 

In 1965 the College was raised to Post Graduate level in the Faculty of Agriculture.
