Dattajirao Kadam Arts, Science, Commerce college, Ichalkaranji was established in 1962 by Shri Hindu Vivekanand Shikshan Sanstha Kolhapur, based by Shikshan Maharshi Dr. Bapuji Salunkhe with a saying “Dissemination of Education for information Science & Culture”. the school celebrated its Golden anniversary year in 2012-13. the school is found in industrial town of Ichalkaranji renowned as Manchester of Maharashtra. Presently the Strength of Senior faculty is 2873 having close to equal proportion of male students. the whole range of teaching & Non teaching employees is ninety (41 parmanent, forty nine temporary) severally quantitative relation is 31:1
