Beam Bahadur Ray Saheb Narasingh Choudhury Charan Badapanda was destined to father Choudhury Prahallad Charana Badapanda Mahapatra and mother Choudhury Lakshmi Priya Mahapatra in Palada town under Dasarathpur Block of Jajpur region on Odia date Baishakh Sukla Chaturdarshi (Nrusingh Chaturdashi) 1873.
