Orchids Education Society, Nagpur established, “Arts Commerce College” at Ralegaon Dist. Yavatmal on one st of August 1990 with Junior and Senior wings. Initially, the faculty was started within the rental building, however forthwith once 2 years the Society purchased a chunk of eight acres land for the faculty and made its own building.

The new building of the faculty is settled within the recent, natural and pleasant atmosphere. it's adjacent to kalamb to Ralegaon road. it's only one and a [*fr1] kilometres faraway from Ralegaon.

Today, i.e. within the year 2017-18 Arts College has 398 students, and Commerce College 195 students. the faculty shows its progress as per the norms set down by the university. By fulfilling needed conditions the humanities and Commerce each the Colleges received grants in 1996. Considering the importance of some ex gratia subjects, the Society started new subjects like social science, Rashtrasant Tukdoji Vichardhara and English Literature from the session 2007-08. The Rashtrasant Tukdoji Vichardhara, as associate ex gratia subject, is extremely well-liked among the scholars, and this can be the sole faculty within the State and in S. G. B. Amravati University, that has started this subject.
