Army College of Nursing (ACN) is established for feminine dependants of Army personnel/Ex-servicemen with impact from August 2005. ACN is functioning below the aegis of Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) that is managing 137 Army Public colleges, 246 Army Pre Primary colleges ANd twelve skilled faculties throughout the country together with an Engineering College, a Dental College, a Medical College, a Management Institute, AN Institute of Law, AN Institute of Building Management and line of work Technology and Institute of Education. ACN Jalandhar Cantt has obtained permission from the Department of analysis and Medical Education, Government of Punjab. ACN is recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC).
