Late PadmashriDr.Vitthalrao Vikhe Patil, the author father of agri co-usable development set up the primary co-employable sugar manufacturing plant in Asia at Pravaranagar, Dist. Ahmednagar (MS). He solidly trusted in financial change of provincial India through suitable instruction. With this thought, he built up 'Pravara Rural Education Society' (PRES) in 1964. The PRES has been enrolled under the Society's Registration Act of 1860 and Bombay Public Trust Act of 1950. In this way, Padmashri started investigating methods for inspiring the ranchers of this region. He spearheaded co-employable development as an apparatus for social, instructive and monetary upliftment of the country masses. He was congratulated with the privileged D. Lit. Degree by University of Pune in 1978 and Doctor of Science in 1979 by Mahatma Phule Krishiv Vidyapeeth, Rahuri.
