The School of computer science Technology (SCSIT), earlier it was Institute of engineering and natural philosophy (ICSE) was established in 1986 with funding from UGC for MCA programme. Later, the varsity started M.Sc.(Computer Science) in 1987 with two large integer funding from DRDO. Also, M.Tech (Computer Science) programme was started in 1992 approved by AICTE. M.Tech (Network Management Security) and M.Tech (Software Engineering Architecture) was started in 2009 approved by AICTE. Keeping in sight the social desires within the space of knowledge technology, the department is additionally running Master in Business Administration (Computer Management), M.Sc. (Information Technology) and BCA programme on self supported basis. the varsity is running PhD (Computer Science) programme in a very style of domains.
