All Saints' College is established by Rev. Mother Mary Loiuse, CCR with the support of the Rt. Rev. Dr. V.V. Dereere, OCD, Bishop of Trivandrum. The College starts working in the Holy Angels' premises on 6 July 1964 with Miss Margaret P. Paulose as Principal and 277 understudies in the First Year Pre-Degree class. 

1965 

On 15 May His Excellency the Most Rev. James R. Knox, Apostolic Internuncio to India establishes the framework stone of the main square of the College at Chackai, the lasting grounds. 

1967 

The College is moved to the new grounds at Chackai on 10 January. It is redesigned on 24 July with the presentation of Degree Courses in English, History, Economics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Zoology.
