As far as Section 14 (1) of the NCTE Act, 1993 Hyderbad Karnataka Development Education Trust, Humnabad, Bidar District, Karnataka had presented an application toward the Southern Regional Committee of NCTE for award of acknowledgment to H.K.D.E Trust's College of Education, Kalloor Road, Humnabad, Bidar District 585 330, Karnataka for Secondary (B.Ed) Course of One Year Duration from the scholastic session 2004-2005 with a yearly admission of 100 understudies.
