The College is controlled by Bahuleyan Charitable Foundation (BCF) a not-revenue driven organization built up by Dr.Kumar Bahuleyan in 1993. The primary goal of the Foundation, aside from running the Hospital and the Community Health Center, is to set up and run instructive establishments in therapeutic, nursing and paramedical divisions, particularly so as to help ladies' training and strengthening. The Founder, Dr.K.Bahuleyan, a neuro specialist in the US and hailing from this village has given his whole profit and riches to the Foundation for humanitarian exercises. The Board of Directors of the Foundation comprises of prominent characters from various different backgrounds with a social duty.
