After much thoughts and exchanges with the Goa University,Directorate of Higher Education and NCTE (National Council of Teacher Education), P.E.S's College of Education was conceived. Mr. Ravi Naik's group of similarly invested altruistic residents of Ponda for example the P.E.S Management individuals set up together their dynamism and began this College that would convey B.Ed. Degree-holders into society. This College was the finish of Mr.Ravi Sitaram Naik's fantasy and an expansion of his work for the hindered segments of society. She served the school for two momentous years and passed on the implement to Dr. Geeta Iyer who drove the group during 2010-11. Dr. Gaikwad came back to head the Institution for two additional years 2011-12 and 2012-13.
