From twenty third Sept 1974 to thirtieth June 1992, Mr. Mohan Chandra Roy was the Principal of the College. Throughout his tenure the College from her infancy marched forward to her youth. Amidst incalculable hindrances, money difficulties, the establishment progressed to spectacular growth. In 1974, when Mr. Mohan Chandra Roy joined because the Principal, there have been solely 3 students within the Pre-degree categories.
