Rajendra Memorial Women's College, Nawada has been established by Dr. Rajendra Prasad Fund Committee on twenty-seventh Gregorian calendar month. - 1978. The Committee has given land with building and alternative resources of government agency fourteen hundred thousand to arranged down the inspiration of the school. The R. M. W. College got recognized by the Deptt. of upper Education, Govt. of Bihar in 1980 and afterward become a constituent unit of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya on twenty-seventh - July 1981. Smt. Shanti Singh selected and served because of the 1st Principal of the school. Since then {the College|the school|the College} has developed in several folds and currently on a daily basis emerged as a premier and solely Women's college within the Nawada district. Many people have given their contribution to the school since its baby stage to develop the educational and infrastructural setting of the school. a number of them have served as Principal / College member. - In - charge. a number of the outstanding name are Shri A. K. Lal, Principal - In - Charge, Dr. Meera Srivastava, Dr. Vimla Singh, Dr. Shanti Sinha, and Dr. Suman Jain. presently Dr. Geeta Sinha is functioning as Principal of the school.
