This college was built up on 1 August, 1960 as co-instructive school at Dalsinghsarai Block under Samastipur Sub-Division of Darbhanga District of Bihar State by two liberal proprietors Shri Ramashray Prasad Choudhary and Shri Baleshwar Prasad Choudhary who gave land and cash for building up this organization. Around then this territory was totally denied of advanced education.
