Tamralipta Institute of Management and Technology (TIMT) was built up in the year 2007 by Haji Sk Kazem Ali under the standard of N.H.K Welfare Foundation. Later in 2008 two new courses – B. Sc (H) in Biotechnology and B. Sc (H) Microbiology was included. In 2013 the name of the University was changed from West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT) to the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (MAKAUT, WB). Our school has additionally gotten alliance from MAKAUT, WB for maintaining the Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospital Management from the scholarly session 2018-2019.
