R.S. Memorial College of Education, Buana Lakhu Panipat was located in 1994 with a purpose to offer education to poor candidates and to remove the backwardness of study from society. This is a non-profit & non-political operation whose working area would be state of Haryana. Following are the chief objectives of society.

The Society will work to study the ill effects of society from children.
The Society is already running a high school in the name of Ram Narayan Memorial high school. The main objective of the school is to offer Physical , Mental & Social development to the children.
From time to time Society will arrange knowledge based exhibition for the development of knowledge of children and apart from that society will also prompt the girl children for the education.
Art and Craft Resource Room:
- The Art and Craft Resource Room is well-provided to meet the grooming pupil teachers requirements. The focus is laid on:

SEMINAR HALL
The college has the proud distinction of maintaining a Seminar Hall, PA system and latest audio-visual aids.
Besides hosting the monthly candidates assemblies, (a regular feature of the Institute) addressed by the Principal in order to interrelate with the candidates, the seminar hall also hosts many educational activities, extension lectures, academic and training programs for applicants and faculty.
