I B (PG) COLLEGE is a leading academic institution in Haryana. It was located in 1956 in the memory of the well wisher of Laiya Biradari (Late) Sh. Inder Bhan Dhingra. Keeping in view the essential of education for women , (Late) Seth Brij Lal Dhingra with the help of his friends (late) Sh. Shanu Lal Narang & (late) Sh. Sukh Dayal Sachdeva, located this college for women only. In 1966 it was made co-education. The college proceed by leaps and bounds under the leadership of (late) Dr. Somnath Dhingra and (late) Sh. Ram Kishan Gandhir in the ability of then President & Vice President respectively. 

The college has now grown into a complete fledged  college associated to  Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. It has receive a distinct identity and has develope into a prestigious college with its personal work culture and traditions. It provides education for degrees at the Bachelor level in Arts, Science and Commerce and at postgraduate level in Hindi, Commerce, English, Maths.
