DAV College of Engineering and Technology (DAVCET), Kanina was accepeted in 2002 in the rural and comparatively backward area of south Haryana. Computer Center:

The Institute has an excellent Computer Centre provided with WIPRO, IBM fresh configuration Computers with 1GB RAM. It allows the candidates/Faculty to manage with latest information and technology in relevant fields through 8 Mbps dedicated broadband link from BSNL. The institute timings are from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM but the Computer Centre remainder open up to 7:00 PM evening.

Gym & Sports Facilities:

The College has a well provided sports department. The entire Sports Complex is escalate in an area of 10 Acres. The Sports Complex has one Multipurpose Hall for Indoor games i.e. Chess, Multi-Gym, Yoga and Weight lifting, Two cemented Cricket pitches, Badminton, Table-Tennis, Carom board, one ground each for Football, Cricket and Athletic Track of 200 meter and 2 Volley grounds. In addition, 2 cemented Basketball courts, 1 Lawn Tennis Hard court. Timings for Sports activities are Morning 6.00 A.M. to 8.00 A.M. and Evening 4.00 P.M. to 7.00 P.M. for College candidates and Staff Members. The Sports Equipments/ kits are issued to the candidates during tournaments. The Inter-Branches Tournaments are conducted in several games annually i.e. Badminton, Table Tennis, Cross-Country Race, Chess, Football, Volleyball shooting & smashing, Cricket, and Annual Athletic Meet. Sports facilities for indoor games are also being generated in the Boys and Girls Hostels.
