Applied College Of Management And Engineering (ACME) was accepted in the year of 2007 through a group of engineers from IIT Delhi and NIT’s. It is a self-financed institute which is control and run by the PRS Education & Research Foundation. The goal of the college is to create an inclusive system of study in the area of Management & Engineering. The courses which are offered through the college are Diploma in two streams, Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in four streams, Master of Technology in the area of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). The admissions are depend upon the AIEEE examination.

The ACME offers state of the art infrastructure facilities to the candidates like Laboratory, Seminar Hall, Library, Hostel, Computer Center, and Lecture Room. In the hostel, they are providing unconnected accommodation for Boys and Girls with A/C & Non-A/C rooms. It also has a different Training and Placement Cell who guides and helps the final year candidates after the completion of their examination.
