Accepted under the aegis of Ballaram Hanumandas Charitable Trust, BRCM College of Engineering & Technology begin its journey in August 1999. BRCM-CET represents the manifestation of new concepts of teaching pedagogy related to excessive technical education judiciously blended with the ethos of Indian culture and tradition. The College is duly accepted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Government of Haryana and is associated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak for four-year B.Tech and four-year M.Tech programmes.

Mission:

• To develop BRCM College of Engineering & Technology into a “Centre of Excellence” in the area of technical education by:

Rules for Sessional Test:

• Following rules have been finalized for the smooth performance of sessional tests. All the candidates are required to strictly adhere to the rules.
• No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without College Identity card. 
• Mobile phones are not permit in the examination hall.
• Students arriving late by ten minutes or more will not be allowed to enter in the examination hall.
• All the candidates will be thoroughly searched for any material kept with the intention of copying before entering in the examination hall by the invigilators and during the examination by the flying squad comprising of senior faculty members.
• No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall during exam hrs. However, in special circumstances students may be allowed for  drinking water & wash room after minimum one hour.
• All the candidate must write their roll no. on the top right hand side of the question paper.
• Candidates found using unfair means / arguing with invigilators will be awarded Zero marks in that particular subject anddisciplinary action will be taken.
• All the candidate are informed that no improvement tests will be held later on. So they are advised to prepare well.
