Bhagwan Mahaveer Education Foundation was initially accepted in the year 2002 at Surat in Gujarat with an impartial to offer quality based study in the spheres of life. Presently foundation is over all running 17 institutions with the view to achieve this impartial the foundation started education at Kundli in a rented building situated in District Sonepat, Haryana in the year 2006. The site of college was selected at the chief national highway No.1 connecting Delhi, Haryana and Chandigarh. The selection of the site was also made with an angel to offer education at the door steps of poor backward candidates of Haryana.

Here it will be relieved to maintain that the college at Kundli was started with an intake of 100 candidates for B.Ed. course in the year 2006 and accordingly all the 100 candidates passed out with good percentage. In the year foundation stepped forward for its 2nd step of progress and started D.Ed. as well as M.Ed. program with an intake of 50 and 25 candidates. Presently the college is on full swing and have maximum intake of 150,300 and 100 for D.El.Ed.(D.Ed.), B.Ed. and M.Ed. trainees with a team of well qualified lecturers under the skill guidance of Dr. D. P. Tomar, Principal.
