LHPCL has achieved enormous success since its inception. For now, it can only be said that it locate true to its motto: ‘Centre for excellence in legal education.’

Law and order are the blood running by the veins of any civilized society. Keeping in mind the importance of legal study and with a view to inculcate a feeling of appreciation for law, SIRSA EDUCATION SOCIETY – a legendary educational organizational in this part of the country with more than half a century behind it and credited with running under its aegis such iconic educational institutions like the CMK Girls’ PG College, National College, DMA National College of Education, GRG Girls’ Sr. Sec. School and Jan Shikshan Sansthan – decided on 14.02.2006 to begin a law college. All the associate unanimously decided to name the institution after Late Sh. Hansraj Phutela.

TEACHING METHODOLOGY:

The faculty of LHPCL is extremely qualified and experienced. The teaching methodology adopted covers participative classroom teaching, extension lectures, guided, seminars, assignments, library sessions, project presentations/reports, computer application, moot courts and clinical legal work. To ingrain ethical and moral values of the complementary compulsory lecture has been introduced in the 1st year.
