D.M. College Of Education Moga was established in 1953 to impart teacher training to the students. It is infact a precious gift bestowed on the people of this region by Arya Samaj. It was the LATE. RAI BAHADUR DR. MATHAR DAS PAHWA WHO ESTABLISHED THIS INSTITUTION. He was a well known Arya Samajist, a Gold medalist and an eminent eye surgeon. He had a great spirit and unbounded zeal. He was honoured with numerous titles and epithete such as Padam Vibhushan, Kesar-i-Hind and many more title at state and national level

The college is located is heart of town in very safe and homely surroundings. It is a co-education institution. The college has a wholesome conducive and congenial atmosphere for the growth and development of the students. There is an ultra modern girls hostel in the campus with a capacity of 42 seats for housing.
