Three year Law Degree course is run in the college. The course is divided into six semesters. The College is well equipped with water and electricity supply. Power back up with the help of electricity generator is available.
The College is run by – Maharana Pratap Shiksha Prasar Samiti Handia, Allahabad. A registered society with registration no. 1148 renewal upto 2010.
The college obtained approval of affiliation from the Government UP on 10-07-2007 for further three years and the same was approved by the VBS Purvanchal, Jaunpur .The Bar council of India (BCI) granted temporary affiliation on 19-04-2008 for the academic session 2008-09 and 2009-10 vide letter no. BCI/D460/2008 (LEMtg-19-04-2008) with and intake 160 students.
