Sahajahan Mallick formed an Society under the name and style of "Sundarban Educational Trust" in the year 2006 which is a registered one under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act.
Dr. Hazi Md. Sahajahan Mallick was elected as Founder Chairman whereas Former Chief Justice of Orissa High Court Mr. Justice Susanta Chatterjee and Mr. Manick Chandra Das, Senior Advocate, Calcutta High Court were entrusted to act as Chairman of the Education and Legal Advisor of the Trust and Prof. & Dr. Bhabagrahi Biswal as Director of Educationof the College respectively.
