St. Ignatius Institute of Health Sciences (Nursing College), established in the year 2003, is situated in the campus of the St. Ignatius Hospital, Honavar, Karnataka, India. The Institution is managed by the DharmaJyothi Charitable Society, Vamanjoor, Mangalore. It has been affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, which has been recognised by Government of Kanataka, Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC).

The School of nursing focused on the need to train and educate female population belonging to the various cross section of society. The nursing course offered by the St. Ignatius Institute of Health Sciences aimed to meet not only the diverse health needs of the local people, but also to train individuals to impart quality health care to the entire nation.
