Rishikul Shaikshanik Sansthan is a socio- cultural and educational organization formed by son of soil of Palamau. Since its inception in May 2006 the organization has been catering to the educational needs of the people in and around Rehala, Palamu.The group of eminent personalities of Palamu and Garhwa who were born and brought up in the native place realized the backwardness of the locality- economically, socially and educationally- resulted in the formation of Rishikul Shaikshanik Sansthan with headquarters in Rehala, Palamu to overcome by providing adequate quality education to the mass rural people. Mr. V. N. Pandey, founder member leased out sufficient land and buildings for the establishment of the society and its brainchild The ‘SANATAN VIDYA NIKETAN’.Rishikul Shaikshanik Sansthan started under the leadership of Late Sone Bhadra Pandey in March 2003. The society got registered in May 2006. The initial venture of the society was Sanatan Vidya Niketan – a school with a difference- blending the traditional values and modern educational system.The year 2010 is of great significance to the organization as it plans to expand in a massive way both horizontally and vertically by establishing the following institutes:S. B. Pandey Sanatan Teachers Training College,N. N. Ghosh Sanatan Teachers Training College,R. P. Jaiswal Sanatan Industrial Training Institute.Aim is to impart the best possible education to the children in the underdeveloped areas of Palamau, Garhwa and Lathehar by establishing a chain of SANATAN institutions.
