Rangrao Diwakar and Sri. N.S.Gubbi, Sri. K.H.Kabbur and Justice N.S.Lokur of Bombay High Court - driven by a conviction that ‘in education lies the destiny of our Nation’ – established Janata Shikshana Samiti at Dharwad.
