Pearl School of Business, is a unit of the Little People Education Society (LPES) which is promoted by the House of Pearl as a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The House of Pearl is an entrepreneurial venture born out of the vision of the Chairman of PSB Management Board, Mr. Deepak Seth. Started in 1987, it has grown on the strength of its entrepreneurial vision into a global enterprise.
Pearl School of Business aims to develop business leadership focused on creating and leading globally competitive enterprises. enterprises. There programmes will prepare young men and women to become Global Business Leaders, both in the corporate and the SME sectors. They would lead globally competitive enterprises in the creative economies of today and the future. There doctoral programme, DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) will prepare managers to carry out applied research in industry and academia.
PSB will start functioning from the academic year 2007-2008 out of its facility in Sector 32 Gurgaon, Haryana. From a composite building of six floors initially we plan to move into our own campus facility near Delhi.
For the present PSB will have a built up area of 48000 sq. ft. comprising theatre style lecture halls, syndicate rooms, an auditorium, conference hall, library, a cafeteria and a computer centre. With an intake of 140 planned in the first year with 60 each for full time MBA and Executive MBA and 20 for DBA programme, the infrastructure facilities would provide the required sense of space for the students. All the facilities would be equipped with the latest equipments and gadgets so that the process of learning is unhindered.
